Charitable Payment Processing’s Account Policies describe the terms in place for refunds or cancellations of account services.

Refund Policy

Charitable Payment Processing provides services to its clients and makes every effort to satisfy the requirements of those services. If a client is unhappy with any service that CPP has rendered, a refund will be granted under the following conditions.

A full refund of setup fees will be granted within 30 days of the service start date. Once service has been initiated and is over 30 days from the start date, no refund of setup fees will be granted. Monthly fees will not be refunded once a service is more than 30 days past the start date.

Cancellation Policy

A client may cancel a service at any time and monthly fees will be immediately suspended, on a pro-rated basis.
